• Your settings: Choices such as the selected sound or your speaker/headphone preference are stored locally on your device so the App remembers them. This information stays on your device.
• Support messages: If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in that message (such as your email address and the contents of your message).

2 Purchases

Eargasm is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We never see or store your full payment details such as your card number.

These app stores handle the transaction and manage your proof of purchase under their own privacy policies. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was made so that lifetime access can be unlocked, but this does not identify you personally to us.

3 Analytics & Tracking

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. If we ever use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the App is performing (for example, aggregate crash reports), it will be limited and cannot be used to identify you personally. This policy will be updated before any such change takes effect.

4 How Your Information Is Used

Because we collect so little, our uses are limited to:

• Making the App work and remembering your preferences on your device.
• Unlocking your lifetime access after a purchase.
• Responding to you if you contact support.
